In our opinion this TV is very good, if we list its characteristics it is clear that is a full-equip HDTV: 3D passive glasses included, Dual Play for gammers, Dual-Core to improve the functioning of SmartTV, local dimming to improve picture quality , MCI 400Hz for fast moving images, extras as "Magic Remote", ... LG has made a really big TV upper-middle range. The panel "IPS" offers a viewing angle of nearly 180 ° but one of the downsides is that it doesn't produce a blacks as deep as Samsung televisions in the same price range models.

Samsung F5000: The cheapest TV LED of Samsung 2013

The Samsung F5000 is a 2013 model on sale during 2013-2014. This model doesn't include SmartTV or 3D technology. The F5000 Series model that includes  SmartTV is the F5500. This TV is simple but quality. It has 100Hz CMR, frequency 50Hz panel. Connections can be limited because it only includes 2x HDMI and a USB port. Conclusion (verdict):

The new model F5000 Samsung offers a  decent image quality, the lateral vision starts to degrade after about 30º. Black levels are good but the refresh rate may be somewhat short for watching sports. The TV is FullHD and brings HD tuner so you can view all current Freeview channels. This TV is highly recommended for users who don't give much importance to the TV and only want a TV that looks good and cheap.
