The Sony W653 is a mid-range TV with LED technology. This is a 2013 model that features sony entertainment Network (SmartTV) but no 3D technology. The equivalent model of the year 2012 is the EX650 which for us wasn't a good model. The model W653 is really a better television, enhances the image with 200Hz Motion Flow. Conclusion (verdict):

We think Sony has learned from the mistakes of 2012, their TVs didn't support MKV. Sony needs to improve its SmartTV to achieve compare with LG or Samsung systems. It is noted that Sony has decided to make a turn and after switching to 3D passive in their high-end models, improves mid-range model, which should be one of the best selling and changing their designs, usually classics. A good picture and a good TV to play, the worse is the SmartTV.
